If you're just wanting to replace the rooftop unit and still maintain use of the air distribution box then the Advent Air Replacement RV Air Conditioner for Dometic Setup # ACDOM150 would be a great option. The only thing you'll need to check is whether or not your Dometic system has a 6-pin or 9-pin connector (pictured below). A trailer mounted battery is typically maintained by the 12-volt accessory circuit from the 7-way trailer connector. If the accessory circuit on your 7-way is live even when the ignition is shut off, it is possible that the battery on your truck could be discharged.
